Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! Celebrate with These Irish Coffee Recipes.
Get in the spirit of the season! St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than a few of these fun takes on Irish coffee? All you need is some milk, some coffee, and some flavored syrups. We recommend Monin or Torani for flavorings. We’re also sharing some their great recipes. Nutty Irish Woman
1 tbsp (1/2 oz) hazelnut syrup
1 tbsp (1/2 oz) Irish cream syrup
1 tbsp (1/2 oz) cherry syrup
1 cup (8 oz) of milk
2 shots of espresso (or 1/2 cup of strong coffee)
Steam milk and syrups. You can also whisk these in a saucepan over medium heat until frothy
Pour the mixture into a tall glass and add espresso (or coffee)
Serve with some foam to top it off
Iced Irish Cream Latte
1/2 cup ( 4 oz) of milk
2 tbsp ( 1 oz) of Irish cream syrup
2 shots (1 oz) of espresso
Whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.
Fill a 12 oz glass with ice
Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed
Stir gently to mix
Top with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp (1 oz) of spiced brown sugar syrup
2 oz of Irish whiskey
1/2 cup (4 oz) of fresh brewed coffee
Whipped cream for topping
For non alcoholic version substitute Irish creme flavoring for brown sugar and Irish whisky.
Fill serving glass with hot water to warm glass
Pour out hot water and add ingredients into the glass in order listed
Stir gently to mix
Add whipped cream, a straw (optional), and serve

1/2 tbsp (1/4 oz) Irish cream liqueur
1/2 tbsp (1/4 oz) Irish whiskey
2 shots of chilled espresso (or 1/2 cup of strong coffee)
1 cup ( 8 oz ice) of ice
For non alcoholic version substitute Irish creme flavoring liqueur and Irish whisky.
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth
Joe Sheridan’s Original Irish Coffee Recipe
2 sugar cubes
1 1/2 oz Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
Fill an Irish coffee glass with very hot water to preheat, then empty. Pour hot coffee into hot glass until it is about ¾ full and drop in 2 cocktail sugar cubes; stir until sugar is thoroughly dissolved. Add full jigger of Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey for proper taste and body. Top with a collar of lightly whipped cream by pouring gently over a spoon. Enjoy it while it’s hot.
