To add a special touch on each drink listed, you can make a cold foam topping flavored with any syrup of your choice.

Cold Foam Instructions:
1. Combine 3/4 oz. Syrup (any flavor) and 1 cup of nonfat milk in a blender pitcher with aerating blade.
2. Blend for 18-20 seconds.
3. Use Cold Foam to top cold brew or iced drinks

Got Syrup?

We offer both Torani and Monin syrups, regular and sugar free, so you can craft all the recipes in this article, and try your own mixes.

Candied Pumpkin Seed Latte
This first drink is a creative spin on the classic pumpkin spice latte that is a dime a dozen on any holiday list. Instead of pumpkin spice syrup we went with pumpkin pie syrup for a sweeter take on the classic, which is complemented with candied pumpkin seed and whipped cream. Go ahead and enjoy this drink with a side of leftover pie for breakfast, we aren’t judging.

Old Fashioned Bean
For those of you who want a more complex drink inspired by rich hardwood cabins and luxurious cocktails, this should fill that void. Dark chocolate creme, bourbon and orange mingle to create this fall twist on an old fashioned worthy of gracing your crystal whiskey glasses. Best enjoyed next to a roaring fire in your favorite dark leather chair.

  1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with coffee beans or grounds.

Candied Hot Cider
Hot cider is a seasonal staple that never goes out of vogue. Our ode to the original incorporates brown sugar and caramel to complement the cinnamon and spices against the crisp cider. We guarantee you’ll be the favorite at your Christmas party with altered traditional heart warmer.

S’Mores Latte
For the outdoorsy and kids-at-heart types we have the S’mores Latte. Reminisce in the nostalgia of warm graham cracker, melted chocolate and fluffy marshmallows. Pro tip: it tastes the best when served in an enamel camping mug, circled around a fire with friends. You can sub 2oz of cold brew for the espresso and serve this on ice for a chilled alternative

Maple Bourbon Latte
This drink was inspired by the vibrant red and gold colors of northern maple tree forests when the leaves change colors. Maple syrup and Bourbon flavors join forces to create a pairing perhaps even more classic than PB&J. This one is begging to be enjoyed on a cabin deck overlooking the hills.

Autumn Chai Swizzler

This twisted Chai drink keeps the creamy sweetness of traditional brewed chai by using Irish cream instead of milk. The raw sugar add a more complex molasses flavor when compared to plain brown sugar.

  1. Brew a pot of chai americana tea. Stir in the raw sugar until it is completely dissolved.
  2. Fill a coffee mug with the chai americana tea and Irish cream.
  3. Stir with a cinnamon stick, then leave it as a garnish.

Sleepy Hollow Late

Citrus and creamy cocoa join forces in this rich drink to create a late perfect for those lazy fall days. Simply steam together the milk and syrup, pouring it into a glass and add brewed espresso.

The Frankenstein Iced Latte

Served cold like his animated corpse, this iced latte is sure to be a hit during our warm october days here in the desert of Arizona.

Pumpkin Pie Shake

Memories of thanksgiving feast will flood in as you sip on this classic American favorite. Pumpkin Pie might just be the best thing to happen all fall, hence why we had two pumpkin inspired recipes this issue. Drink your slice today, and let the good times roll.
